For sale: Cortina 1600E

A well-maintained Cortina with a presentable body and many new parts. The car is in roadworthy condition and is used daily. Some of the new parts include brakes, struts, clutch cylinder, and seat diaphragm. The tires and wheels are in very good condition, and the headlining is also in good shape. LED dash bulbs and halogen headlamps have been installed, and the carpet is in good condition. The chrome and trim are also in good condition. The car has electric screen wash, and an alternator conversion was fitted in 2022 along with a new battery. The distributor was also rebushed, and new ignition parts were installed.

The car was resprayed by the previous owner. The door shuts, boot, and bonnet would benefit from interior painting to match the exterior color, but this is not a major issue. The driver’s seat base is starting to split and would benefit from repair. Some spares are included in the sale.

The car is being sold due to the need for space for another project.
