1973 Jaguar E-type V12
This 1973 Jaguar E-type Series 3 V12 Roadster is a genuine U.K. right hand drive, one of only 1800 produced for the U.K. market. First registered in May 1973 with only three previous owners. This car was purchased by my Cousin around 1990 as a restoration project. The car underwent a complete body restoration including a full respray in Signal Red. The car left the Jaguar factory as an automatic transmission car and was white in colour. Sometime before 1984 it was converted to manual and had a colour change to Signal Red. My cousin stored the car in his barn for 23 years, but sadly died before doing anything more to it. I bought the car in 2013 and set about continuing with the restoration. I completed the project in 2017
The car had a complete mechanical rebuild and all of the parts were purchased from reputable suppliers, i.e. David Manners, SNG Barret, and Martin Robey. I have all of the receipts.
