This car is a limited edition replica of the 1972 Montecarlo Rally works car, known as the Monte Carlo. It was manufactured in February 1975 and has had low ownership and previous restoration. It was imported into the UK from Italy in 2014 and has had one UK owner since. The body is two-tone black over red and has areas of corrosion and localized paint reaction that require attention. Panel fitment is tight and the Cromodora style wheels are in good condition. The mechanicals are strong, with recent work carried out on the suspension and braking system, and the car drives well. The interior has retrimmed HF seats, a re-lacquered dashboard, and a new headlining, door cards, and carpets. The boot is clean with original rubber matting, and a spare wheel, jack, and toolkit are present. The car comes with a good history file and two sets of keys. It is the cheapest Monte Carlo on the market, with a top one costing over £30k.
