For sale is my beloved Ford Escort MK2, a genuine Mexico car with a GCAT VIN number, registered in 1978. I have owned it for nearly 10 years and have invested a lot of time and effort into upgrades to make it a real head-turner. However, it’s time to let it go to a new home as I have been spending more time admiring it than actually driving it and space is becoming an issue.

The car is in excellent condition for a 45-year-old vehicle, and it is Tax and MOT exempt. To be picky, the lower parts of the inner wings need a small amount of paint, which is just cosmetic to make it perfect. The speedo cable is currently broken, but the engine runs lovely and drives fine. However, it is set up for me and can be mapped to see how brave you are. The car is a definite head-turner and a joy to drive, and I’m sure it will be a beloved addition to its new owner’s collection.
