Welcome to the sale of my Triumph Dolomite Sprint in Pageant Blue.
This car comes with a good history folder, including all the MOTs from new and the original service book, all in one folder.
The previous owner stored the car for many years and looked after it very well.
The engine runs smoothly and sounds perfect, even from cold starts. It has been converted to electronic ignition and has an electric radiator fan on its own temperature switch, so there’s no need to worry about it. The car also has a full stainless exhaust, which sounds lovely.
The gearbox changes gears nicely and the overdrive works perfectly.
The car has Spax coilovers, new diamond-cut wheels, and new Goodyear EfficientGrip tyres all around.
The bodywork was tidied up last year and is very nice and presentable, although it’s not perfect, hence the price. The photos on the listing are recent and show that it’s a nice car. The roof is 6 months old as well.
The interior is in fantastic shape for a Sprint. Even the rear seat upper is in good condition.
The underside of the car has been treated with black waxoil many years ago and is still in good shape. There’s no need for welding.
The car has about 9 months of MOT left.
The full log book and all paperwork are with it.
I would like to add that in 1989 there was a dash change, and there’s a 30k mileage discrepancy, but it was 1989 and no one cared. The car has done around 90k when you work it all out.
The car is here to sell and priced as a bargain for a ready-to-use Sprint. No swaps or PX, straight sale only, and bank transfer is preferred.
You can view the car at any time, and I will take you on a test drive. Once it’s yours, you can even drive it yourself. I have been using the car daily for the last week, and it hasn’t let me down once. It’s an absolute pleasure to drive.
The car is brilliant for the money, and with Sprints increasing in price all the time, and it being the 50th anniversary of the Sprint this year, now is the time to buy them.
